Yes. We are a Gurugram-headquartered firm but roughly 80 percent of our 2025 client base was outside Delhi NCR. We work remotely with applicants across Chennai, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Kochi, and other cities. The consultant-applicant relationship runs over video, email, and phone. Location does not change outcomes.
Boutique Indian admissions consultants typically charge between INR 1.5 lakh and INR 8 lakh depending on the programme tier, the services included, and the number of target schools. Full-service end-to-end packages for top 10 global MBA programmes sit at the higher end of that range. At Pegasus we scope per applicant, so pricing varies. For a 2027 intake, start between 12 and 18 months before your target Round 1 deadline. That means March to June 2026 for Round 1 of September to October 2026. Applicants who start late almost always compromise on SoP quality, test preparation, or school research. The 6-month applicant bids worse than the 15-month applicant at the same profile level.
We take roughly 400 applicants per cycle, not 4000. Every applicant works with a senior consultant, not a junior associate rotated in. Our SOP drafts go through Gauri Manohar personally for the top 10 target schools of every client. We refuse to take on applicants whose profile does not align with their goals, we tell them early rather than cashing the fee and working around it. Boutique is not a word we use for marketing, it is the operating constraint.
